Our Logo Embroidery Process
All embroidery and printing is handled in-house. Creating your workwear logo embroidery begins with digitising your artwork which takes around 24 hours. We can then stitch out a sample ready for your approval.
Next, we convert your imagery into instructions for our embroidery machine. The machine will reproduce the artwork by directly sewing on to the garment, selecting the appropriate colour threads. We can match your specific brand colouring if you provide us with the Pantone specification.
Actual turnaround times will depend on the quality of the initial artwork and other factors. Most branded items can be ready in a week although more involved processes (e.g. transfer printing) may take 2-3 weeks.
No logo? No problem
